Hello Guys, can you please anyone give me the details regarding New Benefit Act in which it has increased from 12 weeks to 26 weeks and from when it is being implemented

It is only at preparatory stage, to my knowledge and I have not come across any notification enhancing the maternity leave to 24 weeks.Others can throw some light on it. B.Saikumar
