During Last year I have not received my increment and everyone is telling you are hard worker and sincere. I am dealing with other colleague also good manners. I will do my work sincerely, honestly and complete in timely. In my division 2 of them not getting Increment. I do not know how to move or discuss with my Manager. In my mind I want to fight with those people. Can any one advise.

I think you should go and ask them the exact reason for not received increment ,in that don't ask negatively but ask positively
like sir , .......sir i was working since ............... days where i was wrong .
-what is your exception from us?
-How will i get increment
-what criteria ya have you define for increment like year , performance etc........
-show them your task and and KPA
don't come any conclusion before discussion .
