I have been working as an HR in service sector and one of our employee is not regular to the duties and availed 96 days leave can we issue bonus to that employee and now his reporting authority is requesting to release the bonus ?

ON the ground of attendance, the eligibility for bonus accrues to an employee if he had worked for a minimum of 30 days in the relevant Accounting Year.

As per Bonus Act,If somebody has worked for at least 30 days in a year, then bonus should be released for that year.
