Hi,
i have a problem about new amendment of bonus act 1965 sec 2(13) 12
sec. 12 is about ceiling for calcuation purpose . it is now raise up to 3500/- per month then what amount will be calculate for above Rs 3500/-
is it amount what aver he gain or only 3500/- pls it's very urgent.
if any one know abut this pls mail me.

ceiling limit is rised up till 10,000/- above then are not compulsorily eligible for bonus, and if you were paid bonus to above then any personnel, then you can not break the chain..........

but the main issue is it is very harm full to all employes who having basic DA below Rs 10,000 Coz it will be calclulet Rs. 3500/- only it means employe who having exgratia who getting basic + DA over the 3500/- but below 10,000/- will pay only 8600/- am i right ?????? if it is true then it will be a big loss of them.
