I am sorry to say you , but you want to create policy as you said and again you are expecting to get policy from other person,
it is better to understand your whole organization situation like company culture, past history, nature of employer, manufacturing process etc.
without knowing all the thinhs hoe can any body will provide or make policy for your comany
so better try to chock down your organization sitution, talk with senior, and study labour law ruls and then refer the policy of same type of company dont make copy pest policy.
try to research your own way, it will take some time but finally you can reach your own policy
