I am working as a manager in a C&F (C&F for an MNC) now the agreement period come to end. Now the MNC going for an new agent by retaining the employee's, I want to know what will be the procedure to change the employee's to EPF &ESI and such as labour dept.

It will be treated as change of employer
EPF-non there is UAN no by online portal you can transfer the employee and after contacting EPF office old share of EPF can easily transfer.
ESIC- From old employee portal left the employee during submitting monthly return and join online is new employer portal and contact local ESIC office.
