Dear experts/professionals,
I would like to reorient myself in career field from travel sector to HR Sector. In this perspective, I have been pursuing MBA,HR from a distance education provider,SMUDE,Final semester.I greatly respect and apply those experiences gained from my previous prestigious employers into future carrerism.
Now my consideration is that pursuing masters from a corresponding course is not sufficient for someone to shift on to another career.It's better to know if any standard online crash courses are being conducted related to HRM certification.This really helps me to understand the HR processes in detail apart from academics.through the course i have been able to understand some of the HR functions like sourcing and resourcing compensation,benefits,performance management,talent management,employee retention,etc.
I'am keen to work for MNC's as I have been exposed to corporate culture before to avail the benefits.
I request all the senior members to kindly guide me on a right track of my career path.
Can we take self intership programmes(atleast for 3 months),coz my university assigns project only for a short period(a month) or the other alternative is to go through courses conducted online ?or just start of the career???
To speak about self, I'am always and adjustable for the learning environment.

If at all you are looking only into corporate sector intially it will be bit difficult, To start with you can work in any industry as HR and later on you can look for change. Currently there is opening with one Hospital for freshers. If interested you can update me.
