Hi,
How do you expect us to say all these things in public, when we do not know who you are? how can you explain govt authorities about the difficulties employers are facing?
For every act, there is state rules that companies should follow. So, the feedback will not be same from all states. You may not able to prepare a consolidated report in a ppt, as all acts are interlinked with state rules.
Thanks,
Divakar A

Dear Vaishali Madam,
We highly appreciate your initiation in the subject.
Infact, we are also thinking number of time that how to bring the fact that how the Govt. Role - Factory Act
is not matching in practicle and becoming hard for industries to obey. It needs to be review with actual
situation. We can take example of working hours, Minimum wage, etc.
Please keep us update with your presentation.
With kind regards,
