Dear member, the company you mentioned by the nature of work as mentioned above, in my opinion qualifies to be a "shop" and therefore, all labour laws including ESI Act, 1948 and EPF & MP Act, 1952 and Shop and Commercial Establishment Act as are applicable in respect of such type of establishments are applicable.
