Dear Manojs_citehr, Profession Tax is a State Law and it is different in every State. Some States even do not have this Law. Unless you mention your State, you will not get answer to your question.

It is state specific and more particularly it is different for corporation or municipality.
And company tax also applicable in Tamilnadu.
