Like to know when we apply for LTA leave and ask for amount deposit. Accounts department is asking for Bills for the same where as my leave approval is for next month? LTA period is till March 2015, do I need to submit bills in advance or anytime before Jan15?
Please let me know.

Dear Sir,
I have some query regarding PF and ESI-
In PF -
is form 9 compulsory to submit in department since they are asking that Unless the form is submitted , the digital signature can not be uploaded and also claim will not be settled.
In ESI -
still half yearly return is mandatory ???
Any annual information file with department.??
any register to be maintained for ESI??
Please suggest me.
