Hi everyone.
Recently I got recruited as a HR manager in a real estate company where previously there were not very impressive hr policies due to which the workforce is highly indisciplined and there is no proper hierarchy and it is all messed up as of now.
I have been assigned a task of creating new policies to make the workplace more disciplined and productive.
Can anyone pls help me by elaborating on those hr policies which are to be created first and are of high priority in such situation?
