main ek consultancy mein job karta hun on executive profile.
mujhe jo appointment latter mila hai usme notice period 30 days ka hai ,main resign karna chahta hun.
agar main bina notice diye chala jata hun to is condition mein kya hoga,please suggest me the way jisse main yaha se within a week ja paun?

Agar aapke appointment letter main 1 month notice likha hai to aapko 1 month notice dena padega.
Agar aapko, 1 week ke andar jana hai to aap bina notice diye bhi ja saket hai. But, fir ho sakta hai ki aapka employer aapka Full & Final Settlement na kare.

Aur ye bhi ho sakta hai ki jitne dino ka aapka notice period baki hai. utne dino ka amount employer aapke full & final se deduct kar sakte hai.
