Hi Sir/Mam
I was working in a BPO in gurgaon. It was 30 seater company. I joined this organization on 15 july 2013.
On 23 oct 2013 when i was waiting for office cab ,My manager called me and said that you do not need to come to the office as there is less business now so they are retrenching employes. No prior information was given to me. Big issue is that they are not giving my salary for october month. They never gave me salary slips , no pf and tds deduction was there.Salary used to transfer in bank account. Also they retrenched 15 more employees including me and every one facing the same issue.
Sir, Can you please guide me so that i will get my salary for October month.
Thanks
Kunal

Hi Kunal,
Have you received appointment letter from this company ? If yes then please go through the clauses of termination of services mentioned in the appointment letter, they will clear your doubts. Generally company's give additional one month salary in lieu of termination of services, which is clearly mentioned in the appointment letter, if you find such clause in your appointment letter, then first send an email to the official mail id of HR and ask them to clear your dues, if still don't find any action from them you may sue them.

Well, I hope you must be having the appointment letter mentioning the terms and conditions of the employment including notice period etc. Please go through that and if the they are not following the same as you told. You should approach to the HR or send an email mentioning your issues. Also add CEO , MD and Head HR in your email ask to respond then wait for couple of days and still if they do not reply then register a complain at the labour office.
Also, going in a group of employees who have same issue may help in getting quick action by the labour officer
