Dear Seniors,
I had created an ECR (Electronic Challan Cum Return-EPF) in Wages month July-2013 & uploaded it. After paid challan I view an error or fault. I have selected permanent disability by mistake a particular member. Actually that member didn't work this month & his NCP 31days, he is contract employee.
So please tell me how to resolve it.
Thank You,
Titan

Titan,
there is an option to revise the ecr uploaded online. you need sort out any such errors in ecr filed during financial year and consolidate and draw up members name and a/c no of whom error is filed and changes required against which other member. But u need to liaise with case worker who handles your company account and draw an explanation for revised ecr with a covering letter will do. But further this option can be exercised once in an year and during the revision period of ecr no pf claim forms could be submitted till revision and further this option is valid prior to finalisation of yearly accounts and not there after.

By the time of registration we have given the date of coverage is on 02.06.2015 but while updating june-15 ECR we have mentioned their date of joining is 01.06.2015 instead of 02.06.2015 and payment was made through SBI net banking. Now payment is under process, is it possible to cancel the ECR and re-upload or what is to be done in this case please guide us.ASAP.
