Hi All,
I had applied my PF Withdrawl form both Form 19 and 10c. These forms got approved and under payment is in process. I want to know the amount how much i will get it. Even i am having the statment with me also. The details are below,
Employee Share: Rs. 50,000
Empolyer Share: Rs. 15,000
Pension Fund: Rs. 9,000
Whether i will get Rs 74,000 (50,000 + 15,000 + 9,000) or anyother amount?
Note: The information about the amount in Employee/Employer Share and Pension Fund are not correct....
Please anyone help me, Thanks in advance

Dear venkatesh guptha,
tell us in how many years you have been able to accumulate the above mentioned amount.
as for Pension fund the factors are to taken up for calculation on the number of years.
you will get the entire 50000+15000.
Also share that the company is contributing 13.61% or 12%
Also as Mr. Jeewan has asked about your basic salary, if can share that with us then you will be able to let you know what amount of the 1.61% you can receive.

Hi,
Your calulations are correct except on the amount of EPF & PF of both employe'r and employees contribution you have not calculated interest earned todate.if you have any doubt just get your epass book.

Sir,
As regards your Provident Fund you will get back the employee share amount and the employer share amount alongwith interest upto the month preceeding the month of settlement. As regards pension, you will not get back the exact amount paid. It is based on the salary last drawn multiplied by the factor (which depends on the number of service you have put in)
