Dear Aparna,
I can understand your situation that being a fresher it is quite difficult to find job as most of the jobs are for experienced people. Here what I suggest you to keep trying to find job as after taking training it is not sure that you will surely have job.

Being a HR fresher, joining training institute will definitely make your CV strong but it is not guaranteed a job. You should take training with job searching.
As a fresher you can get MTO (Management training officer job)

It is not necessary to take training from any institutes, as u r fresher, just be with your knowledge and keep searching job. With regards yojna

Depending upon the institute that you choose, you may be spending good money for nothing. Keep trying and look for management trainee posts.

Hi Aparna,
As fresher we do some common mistakes (even so called experienced like me do mistakes and learn), most common being, not doing a SWOT of us. Many times, we look only for "big companies" and those "big companies" will look only from elite B schools or experienced hands.
If you chase your passion (not a job), I am sure you will succeed. If you have any specific queries, you are welcome to mail me josri1972 at gmail.com
All the best
Regards

Hi Aparna,
If you have done MBA I am sure your institute has trained you enough and made you job ready.
What you need to concentrate is enhance your skills which training institute might help you but there is no assurance that you will get job because you are trained.
Experience is different from training.
so, increase you knowledge base, and keep on searching for jobs.
POlish your skills. Identify your weakness and work on them. Most importantly set clear goals..
