Do We Still Need To Submit Esic Return - PDF Download

I have recently joined as an hr in a company I want to know that do we still need to submit ESIC returns or not some people are telling me we need to submit the ESIC return and some say not I am very confused kindly help me out.

Thank you Mr.Keshav Korgaonkar But, still our internal auditor asking for ESIC return or a proof from ESIC authorith. Even here the circular is available only without signature. Is this OK
