Dear HR Member's,
Guidance is requested urgently pl. My brother is working for private firm in banking sector
from December 2012 and he was confirmed with
Excellent performance ratings. Now, his reporting boss is harassing him to put down his resignation without appropriate reason.
My brother has taken a step to put down his resignation, since he can't tolerate the amount of torturing he is undergoing. Now the company is
asking him to serve 45 day's of notice period. It is requested please guide and suggest whether salary can be withheld after serving notice period?

Hi ,
Salary can Not be withheld at any circumstances .
Secondly his boss can Not put pressure on him to put down his
papers with out giving reasons . In such case ask him to hold on
and do not resign . If without justifiable reasons if any on is terminated
the termination can be challenged .
