Hi HR Team
I was working with an IT Organization from last 5.7 years.
We got appraisal letter in June which was effective from April 2013.
I was not happy with appraisal so had resigned in Jul13 and served my notice period too.
Now while making full and final sheet they have withdraw the increased amount of my salary.
Want to know how fair it is and what is rule made by labor law for same
Attaching my final sheet herewith
Thanking you in advance

Ethically it is wrong from the employer's side, but since you have made up your mind to quit how does it matters to you. It is foolishness to fight which will be a mere wastage of time and energy.
Few small companies works unprofessionally and nothing can be changed with them.
