Can any employer deny the transfer of pf account of the employee from previous company to present one. My employer says transfer not possible as this is a company policy not to entertain pf transfer. Kindly suggest what to do

No it is not Co policy.Let the employer give it in writing. You can get the forms signed by other authorities.Or now you can transfer it online through present employe Varghese Mathew

yes u can ask your present employer in writing & show that at the regional PF office the PF inspector will take care of that company or else u can raise grievance online. as per act u have transfer rights

no one has right to stop the transfer of PF account to present working company. just go to PF office and tell what was happening with your old organization , then they will take care of everything

Dear Sir,
It is a bounden duty of employer to process/forward the transfer application of P.F.
In this matter there should not be any company policy. It is very bad on their part.
