Dear Sir/mam,
what should i do if the company where i am working is not deducting any PF from any of its around 300 employee. As far i know if company has 20 or more employee then 12% PF must be deducted from employee's salary. Please guide me.

Company will be liable for the breaches under PF & MP Act 1952.

What is the salary levels of employees??If the Basic Salary and DA and a few other allowances put together is more then Rs 6500 ,per month then the Company need not deduct and contribute PF

Is it possible to provide the details of above your quote, as per my knowledge the company must deduct the PF for all the employees and the company can RESTRICT the company contribution for Rs 6500/.i..e Rs 780/ from the company and the same from employees OR more that the company contribution.

An employee joining at a salary level above Rs 6500 need not be covered. If an organization from the day one is engaging people at a salary level( Basic plus DA plus certain allowances)above Rs 6500, then those employees need not be covered under PF
