Dear Members,
I am from R.S Consultancy. I was the recruiting Partner for Effort BPO, based in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. My team was coordinating with Ms. Kiran Singh from the H.R Dept. Because of bad behavior of Kiran Singh, we discontinue with Effort BPO. I have total 7 no of joinees till date, they are not ready to release the payments of that candidates.
I wish to inform all, that they completely are following Unethical Practices to fulfill their requirements. Ms. Kiran Singh demanded the share from my joinees payouts as well as she offered fake experience letter to one of my candidate for completing her target.
Please do make sure to sign a contract with Effort BPO before having Tie-up with that ridiculous company.
Warm Regards,
Latish Chhabria

Dear Latish Chhabria,
You have raised your post with complete details of your client. However, do you have material evidence of what you have written? Otherwise it will be character assassination. You client may sue you for tarnishing their image in public forum.
Did you make proper contract agreement before you started rendering your recruitment services to them?
In first paragraph you have written that you have done 7 recruitments for them. Do you have written evidence for providing your services?
In second paragraph you have written that employee of your client demanded money. Do you have evidence for this demand?
If you have proper evidence then why have you not approached MD of the company? To demand the fees for your recruitment services, why you do not wish to give notice from the lawyer?
Ok...
