if employee on Maternity leave for 90Days, after she will take 2 months without pay leave. should i pay her LTA for 12 Months or for 10 Months ? sir please guide

Why is LTA - Leave Travel Allowance and Maternity Leave combined? LTA is generally calculated on a prorata basic, so if the leave is without pay, then that has to be deducted. The Maternity Act says that 6 weeks leave + 30 days as special leave. Anything above that is LWP. so calculate LTA as Prorata.
