Hello,
What if any employee leaves organisation without any intimation to company or gives notice period of 30 days and still leaves without completing notice period.
What are necessary actions to be taken against them.

Hi,
Firstly try contacting him and understand from him why he has left without prior intimation.
Incase you feel he has not justified in doing so, you can hold the his Full and Final settlement process and do not give him a relieving letter.
Do inform him on these actions being taken against him by the company. he should know the consequences of such an unprofessional behavior.
Good luck.

Hi,
What if an employee who is on probation resigns as soon as she receives her salary, without serving the 15 days notice period which is as per the employment letter?
What action can the employer take in this situation which will deter others to follow the same way.
Thanks for an urgent reply please.
Regards,
Janet

Your POA will depend on how your organization would like to deal with such situations.
To begin with you could send a letter advising him of his \"Exit\" obligations as per terms spelt out in his Appointment Letter and ask him to comply with the same else face legal action.

Please note the action can be taken to such employees based on the terms given in the appointment letter /policy of your company. If there is no specific details mentioned , you can send notice to him to report to work with in a stipulated time and if no reply , second letter can be send in a week stating his name has been removed from roll. You cannot hold any statutory benefit of employees & settlement shall be given in next 48 hours. You can hold the relieving letter /experience certificate untill he come & handover pending responsibilities ,any other thing related to employment in proper manner to company.
Thanks,
Sandhra
