Hi,
I joined a organisation 14 months back as a fresher with a CTC of 3.75lpa. But as per my salary slip i am getting miscellaneous bonus of 10000 rs and 6000 night shift allowance extra every month which made up a total salary component to 5.65lpa(3.75+1.2+.72)
Now my concern is I am planning to switch my job and confused about the CTC and in hand salary. I know if I am good at interview then i wouldn't bother about new compensation but in other case should i negotiate my new compensation on basis of CTC or in hand salary.
Please advise.
Thanks!

Your salary slip is more relevant as compare to the ctc statement that was given when u joined.
Show the salary slip when u negotiate your salary.
To make it easier, tell the interviewed the ctc was what was originally offered, but them they also gave me this additional amount but the ctc in the offer letter still has the old rates.
