Thanks for sharing it Yes, the function of HR has evoved over a period of time from mere admistering employees to managing resources to now supportinag people i their development an dgrowth so that you can contribute and add value to teh organisation. Thus the words "Resources" and 'management' may not keep date with the changing times. If so another title that befits the HR function can be " People support Service" .
