I am Mahabub
working in a hotel in Dhaka
Recently we have faced ISO 9001:2008 surveillance Audit.
Where we have taken 2 Nc's
One of them is " Process Performance Parameter or Process KPI has not been defined,
implemented & analyzed to measure the performances of various processes (like Kitchen,
Housekeeping, F & B Service, Purchase, Store, Marketing, Maintenance Process)
Now My task is to prepare all this documents in 05 days. and i have nothing in my hand to prepare
all these documents.
So I need help from you all in this challenges

Dear Mr. Mahabub, Can you more specifically tell me in which clause of ISO 9001:2008 the NCs are given? Because depending on the clauses corrective action will vary. Sincerely, Saikat
