well im Nowfeer and im doing my M.B.A and right now im undergoing my Internship Program in a recruitment consultancy .Im doing my prject on 'Mutual Relationship Between IT industry and Recruitment Consultancy'. So i would request you to suggest what could be my objectives ,methodology and limitations .

At the outset i would like to appreciate a new and a unique name.
Now, as far as the intership projects are concerned you may proceed as follows:
View 1
Discuss with the Business Development Executive and persons involved in the same capacity as to how do they convince the potential client to go in for their services.
that is by knowing the USP's you can give an detailed explanation as to why the consultancy sector is growing so rapidly.

I presume that you urself must be also involved with some client interaction. by permission from the seniors at the consultancy you may like to know as to why the clent prefers the consultants
after looking from these two angles you may further get into the scope and relevance of temping in the IT sector.
if you still have time and want to go abit further you mayformualte a hypothetical co and calculate the benefits in terms of cost by employing an consultant
