Understand the very purpose of inclusion of ESIC and PF (employer's contribution) as part of employee's overall package under CTC concept. My doubt here is, then why the Employee should not get tax benefit on Employer's contribution part of PF as well (Employer has made it as a part of his / her CTC) ?
