Hi Vijay,
Thank you so much for the document. Could you please me , to the below query :
We have an employee whose performance review was pending to confirm the probation. Before the probation completion, we had set up the meeting and from that time onward he stopped coming to office without informing properly. After multiple follow-up through different channel, finally he showed up after 2 weeks.He informed he would like to resign & relieving should be done on the same day. He is okay to be absconded plus if we are not providing the relieving & experience letter. As per the employment contract if he resigns he has to serve two months notice else if he wants relieving on the same day, he has to pay 2 months notice pay. The employee did not agree to both the terms & absconded. We had no choice to send termination letter along with notice pay recovery. Could you please advise what should be the next action from employer end. Best Regards -Anjali
