Abu Dhabi Employee
I was working for a private company from June 2008 to July 2011 as an Engineer (Visa designation is welder). In July 2011 I resigned from the company and leave the country after visa cancellation. Once again I had joined the company in March 2012 and as on date I am working with the company.
Now I got an offer from a Government (Oil Sector) company. So can I resign from the company without imposing a ban? If ban imposed then is there any way to remove the ban? For information I am a Diploma holder.

If you Joining an Government Oil & Gas company, there is no ban will be effective. You can resign and join. Good Luck.
