Hi..
If the number of employees is 20 or more than this, then only company is required to be registered under PF and ESI Act...
So might be the strength of employees would eb less than 20..

Amit Seth.

MrAmith,
I have a small query. If the No.of employees are more than 100 is it not compulsary to implement PF. Is it the company's wish to implement it or not? It would be of great help if i can get this reply.
Regards,
Saradhi.

Well , To get registered with PF authoroties is right once U cross the limit of 20. But PF is not a compulsion for every employees . It is optional if the basic salry crosses Rs 6500 . regards, Tikam
