The Boilers are manufactured as per ASME codes.
Following is the link where you will get some data.
ASME - International Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code
If you are a designer then you have to procure the Code.
For maintenance on Boiler for any application the persons should be qualified by IBR
If it is welding the welder should be qualified for IBR
