I have been asked by my management to come up with a compensation strategy for our employees. Presently their is no clear cut plan as salaries get reviewed with no justification and some employees get increases without meriting it. I have been asked to develop a strategy that will be performance based and also sustainable for the company. We are an Oil Servicing Company based in Nigeria.
