Hi Sam,
I am not sure about the sector you work with. All these queries should be supported with relevant information for better comments However in general while preparing the budget sheet, fixed cost for the month would be Salaries, Rent, AMC, etc and Variable cost would be OT, Cafeteria, Cab, etc.
