Dear Nipa,
For Analyzing Productivity first of all you have to freeze a per Person productivity of an employee. (i.e from CEO to a layman you will fix productivity grid and derive a Average Productivity for an employee). I hope the Following example will provide some sort of solution to your question.
1. We shall fix the avg Productivity of an employees is 10,00,00 per month.
2. In your Factory Totally how many employees are working? Say 100.
3. As per HR your Productivity for the that particular month should be 100*10,00,000.
4. From Production / Accounts Department get the details of the particular month Output amount. say in construction field we used to call as Billing amount. Eg : 15 employees worked in a site and billed a amount 5,50,000. Then the per person productivity of the site is 5,50,000/15.
5. You have to compare point 3 & 5. Which gives you whether you were reaching the targeted productivity or not.
Else call up i will brief you.
