Could you please share more about your problem that you are having with your Boss or his attitude that you are talking about. Until you share these details and what actually bothering you here, you will not be able to get actual and appropriate response.
We cant say what is right or wrong in this case because you have not allowed us to know the complete details, therefore, I request you to please complete your query.
Second, I would like to know what actually you mean by TRANSFER YOUR EMPLOYEE CODE. Moreover, you do not deserve any right to demand for any change in employment or to get transfer to another department because you are not ready work with your Immediate Boss with whatever reason. However, can make a request to your HR department personnel or share your problem that you are having some kind of problem in working. They will certainly take the appropriate action.
