Please help me out with the Salary break up and calculation
because i am new to the generalist position.......please help me out.This will be more usefull for ......i want to know to calculate the salary[entire payroll process].

Hi Asha
Tell me what are the components in salary as per the company policy. If not then you shall use below structure
Basic around 50% on the gross (Make sure as Basic + DA is not less than as per minimum wages)
HRA 40-50% on Basic
Conveyance Allowance Rs.800/- PM (Max is 800/- PM)
Medical Allowance Rs.1250/-PM (MAx is 1250/- PM)
Special allowance (Difference between Gross and total of other components)
Deductions as applicable
PF
ESI
PT
TDS
Others
