Gratuity amount cannot be deducted from the actual salary recived by an employee as it is not so provided under the Gratuity Act.howevr, it seems some companies show as cost to company or when they subscribe to a gratuity scheme of an Insurance comapany, they may show the monthly premium as cost to company.
