Minimum wages of Maharashtra is as follow -
Basic = 5400. and Special allowance is 1004 is fixed.
My question is - basic + special allowance = we suppose to calculate ESI & PF or both should be separate ?
Now to calculate the salary break up for 6000/- take home.
which one is correct break up 1 or break up 2.

For calculating contributions;
For P.F : you need to include Basic of RS.5400 + DA or special allowance of RS.1004(HRA excluded)
For ESI : you need to include basic of Rs.5400/- +DA of RS 1004/- + HRA of RS.663/-
