Should offices declare a holiday for the Bharath Bandh. If management is not agreeing to declare a holiday then what about the security of employees? Iam confused what to say to employees who are constantly asking me this. PLease need your feedback

1) Allowing the employees to report late or
2) allowing them to work from home wherever possible or
3) allowing them to report to the branch/office/unit nearest to their home wherever possible
4) adjusting this day agaisnt any other holiday if possible
