Dear Friends, I have a problem, just referred to you to solve it for me. In my office rule and regulation every employee entitles monthly "Annual and Sick Leaves" as you see in the attachment. There is a limitation that is not to exceed.
I YELLOWED the place where I need the formula (in the attached file) that is not allow to exceed, for example from 200 hours, while it is exceeded to 232 hours.
By manually no problem we can do it, but I am searching a better way to do it automatically.
How to protect it from exceeding from 200hours? Thank you very much in Advance for your great cooperation

Dear Parwiz,
You want to check that if the person goes beyond 200 hrs you should come to know, and you can stop him for taking further leaves.
Just go to the col. where hrs are totaled and do conditional formating for higher than 199 it should highlight. As soon as it reaches 200 the cell will highlight.
See if that helps you. Because formula will calculate and put 200, even if that person has taken more than 200 hrs leave.
I think you want to control employees taking more than 200 hours leave.
Please comment.

Dear Gautam Shastry,
Many thanks for the great and kind comment!
Yes, I want to control the staff leave not to earn more than 200 hours, just following the organization rule!
Dears,
The formula has problem. If an employee entitles 220 it shows 200, it is perfect, if someone entitles less than 200, it shows error, could you please solve this as well?!
Best Regards,
