Hi all,
My boss has asked me to come out with a flow chart on issuance of human resources related documents. These documents included : offer letter, increment letter, etc.. .as long as it is HR related.
I've been cracking my head as I dunno how to fix the first process... I have tried to show him the attached process but was turn down by him. He said the first square is already a big Mistake. but never tells me how should I go about.
Everyone.. pls help me.
Best regards,
Grace

dear Grace,
Please go through link below, it will give you a detailed explanation of the Flow Chart Symbols and why are they used.
Standard Flowchart Symbols and Their Usage
probably your boss wants a step-by-step procedure for issuing all such HR letters. for eg. issuing offer letter
step 1 - Fill Candidate Selection Form
Step 2 - Check negotiated Salary figure
Step 3 - Draft Offer Letter and take approving authorities signature
Step 4 - Send/Give offer letter to selected candidate
Step 5 - Take acknowledgement on copy of offer letter
Step 6 - File copy of acknowledged offer letter along with other documents of the Candidate.....
Check with your boss if he wants the process this way...if yes, then you can accordingly make the flow charts.
regards
