Hello,
As we all know new financial year 2012-13 is start already. I just want to know do we have any changes in the HR policies in such year? Is HR policies usually have any effect as per the changes in financial year.
Please update me about it, as I need to update all the policies regarding leave and compensation etc.
I am looking forward for your response.
Thanks,
