But you need to change one sentence which i am highlighting here and that is "We assure you of our support for your professional development and growth".
You need to change this sentence as this will lead to the assumption to the candidate that you will give him / her growth irrespective of the performance given. Or you can add that "We assure you of our support for your professional development and growth based on your performance".
You can highlight the sentence by quoting that you assure your support for professional development and growth through training.
