Regarding minimum wage there is schedule employment of centre and schedule employment state. There is lot of difference between these two. If it is not covered under central schedule, can we ask for state wages. 2. Both for central and state enforcement of minimum wage is state. Is it? I am referring to Indian Space Research Organisation, one of the central government is not in central schedule and then what is the position. 3. Contract labour should get what what wage?
