Please find the enclosed excel sheet which contains the details of the Compensation structure related to the IT Skills..
Hope it may be usefull while deciding the salary of a candiatate .....
I have taken it in general and excel is prepared for some skills ......still am working on it.....
Those are not accurate salary but it gives a fair idea
Regading Qualification : Any qualification is ok....in excel i have mentioned only some
