I dont have much exposure in PF transfer. I have joined a new company in Bangalore.
Can any one let me know as an HR what procedure i need to follow once i receive the Form 13 from any employee?

Steps 1 form 13 revised to be filled in duly in 2 sets 2 attach current employer form 5 3 submit to ur regional PF office with covering note

It is employee problem to transfer the account or withdrawn the account. So employee has to decide.
Once the new Pf number is allotted in new office then only he can apply for transfer.
I think after completion of 45 days he can apply. Along with transfer form (13), Form 3
A, Form5 (declaration of Joining) & Form 10 ( date of relieving) of the previous
employer & Form 5 of the present employer.

You shall forward both the forms to his previous employer. Along with forms previous employer will enclosed copies of form 5&10 & Form3A's will be enclosed and be forwarded to PF office.

You should enclosed copy of Form 5 & 10 as well as Form 3A of his/her previous employer.
Will you able to get those forms?
If you send to the previous employer then they will enclosed those copies along with Form13 in 2 sets along with your covering letter. Even they will enclose their covering letter for transfering of PF funds to new account.
