Hi everyone,
I have been given the task of handeling employee queries (Employee Relations).
I need a form or format were I could track these problems and queries so that all the solutions to these queries could also be documented.
I'm not very sure if any one implements such kind of a process or system, but if any of you guys have such a format, Plz send it accross A.S.A.P.
Regards,
Karl

tracking and recording any process info has advantages on how to measure productivity for that process eg what is the cycle time and direct/ indirect costs involved if an employee wishes to apply for a loan from PF or change in contact details etc.
cycle time, bottlenecks, redundant information flows, whether activity is value added/enabling or simly non value addition etc etc all help in palnning improvements later.
